Purpose

• Promote Internal Medicine as a Career to Medical Students and Residents in Michigan: Provide guidance to the Governor's Council and Chapter members on strategies to encourage both medical students and internal medicine residents in Michigan to pursue and remain in Internal Medicine with a focus on offering professional development and mentorship opportunities.
• Enhance the Value of 바카라 사리트 Membership for Medical Students and Residents: Develop initiatives to demonstrate the benefits and value of 바카라 사리트 membership, particularly by supporting medical students with mentorship resources for career development. Extend these efforts to residents to support their transition into early career stages.
• Strengthen Chapter, Medical School and Residency Program Activities: Foster stronger collaboration between 바카라 사리트 chapters, medical schools, and residency programs to create impactful programs and events that provide professional development, networking, and mentorship opportunities for both students and residents.
• Align Activities with the 바카라 사리트 Strategic Plan: Ensure that Fellow, Resident and Medical Student Committee initiatives are aligned with the College's Strategic Plan to boost engagement and involvement of both medical students, internal medicine residents and fellows in Michigan, with a focus on early career support, mentorship, and professional growth.
